How Molded Fiber
Comes to Life
We transform recovered paper into high-performance molded fiber products through a carefully controlled manufacturing process designed around material efficiency, consistent quality and responsible resource use.
Our white-water treatment and DAF systems continuously recover and recirculate process water within a closed-loop system. This reduces fresh water demand while helping maintain stable pulp quality and efficient production conditions.
Recovered paper is first converted into a uniform fiber suspension. The pulp then passes through multiple stages of cleaning and purification, removing unwanted particles before it reaches the forming process.
Once purified, the fiber is formed, dried and finished, with quality checks carried out at multiple stages. Batch-level traceability is maintained through production and quality records.
Recovered Paper
Post-industrial and post-consumer waste paper is collected, sorted and fed into the stock preparation process.
Stock Preparation
Recovered paper is mixed with water and processed into a uniform fiber suspension.
Purification
Multi-stage cleaning removes impurities while white-water treatment and DAF systems enable closed-loop water circulation.
Forming
Purified pulp is formed into precise product geometries using rotary molding systems.
Drying
Formed products pass through controlled drying to develop strength and dimensional stability.
Finishing & Packing
Products are inspected, stacked and packed for shipment, with batch-level traceability maintained through production and quality records.
